The 45° Lower Back Extension bench is designed to train mainly erector spinae muscles. There are also other muscles involved in training like latissimus dorsi, gluteus maximus and hamstring muscles.
The bench can be also used for side crunches to train abdominal wall.
Adjustable footplate is suitable for any exerciser.
Compared to our classic Lower Back Extension bench, the 45° bench benefits from a non-zero positioning torque during the whole motion. The activity of the core is higher when training.
The machine is made of a robust angular construction with a wide base for higher safety.
