LAT PULL - REVERSE GRIP - DUAL

Our Lat Pull - Reverse Grip - Dual machine is focused on one of the most neglected muscles, which is serratus anterior muscle. It is precisely this muscle, which can relieve the neck pain and back pain, if trained properly. It also stabilizes shoulders and shoulder blades, causes chest opening and improves postural habits. Apart from serratus anterior muscle, the machine also develops latissimus dorsi.

The machines has really unique feature, separate weight horns engaging independent diverging and converging motions. This allows to fix any strength differences. Reverse grip engages greater variaty of muscles compared to our classic Seated Row machine.
