Combined machine Chest Press & Shoulders uses precisely guided path of motion to strengthen especially pectoralis major, and also trapezius, central and rear part of deltoids.

The seat is adjustable. The grips define the extent of the motion.

The machine is made of a robust oval construction (in the photo, there is angular construction). Stainless steel slides and guide rods ensure reliable functionality. The pulleys are placed in ball bearings.
