The Abdominal Flexor / Dip / Chin Bars are designed to train iliopsoas, rectus femoris and pectineus muscles. There are also abdominal wall, straight abdominal muscle and external oblique abdominal muscles engaged.
The bars are essential for develompent of pectoral muscles, triceps and deltoid muscle.
The bar placed on the upper part of the construction strengthens and builds volume and power. The training is primarily focused on latissimus dorsi, but also engages rhomboid muscles. Depending on the technical performance of the dips and type of grip chosen, the trapezius, biceps and brachialis muscles are engaged. You can train almost the whole upper body on one machine.
As an add-on option, bars can be ajdusted with movable armrests and folding handles to even further enlarge training scope and muscles worked.
This machine offers easy and space-saving solution for an effective training with one's own body weight.
