Pull Over machine develops broad extent of muscles. This machine is a must for building the right posture or to strengthen the power and volume of chest muscles. Pull Over machine is a substitute for pullover training with dumbbells. The machine guarantees precisely guided path of motion.

The machine is designed to develop chest, back and abdominal muscles. Primarily targeted is latissimus dorsi, pectoralis major and serratus anterior. There are also intercostales muscles, pectoralis minor and triceps brachii involved.

Adjustable seat allows to find optimal training position. The lever support guarantees comfortable starting position.

The machine is made of a robust oval construction. Stainless steel slides and guide rods ensure reliable functionality. The pulleys are placed in ball bearings.
