The Abduction Machine isolates especially outer thighs, musculus sartorius, m. glutues medius and tensor fasciae latae. The machine has an adjustable back rest and two rods to fix the feet. 

The machine is made of a robust oval construction. Stainless steel slides and guide rods ensure reliable functionality. The pulleys are placed in ball bearings.
