The Cable Rehab Station are two separate units designed for training of various muscle groups. The length of the machine is adjustable.

The Cable Rehab Station is made for a following strength training:

  • Crossover training for development of pectoral muscles
  • Single pulley for biceps and triceps
  • Raising the arm with single pulley for shoulder muscles
  • Performing a side leg lift or extending leg backwards for gluteal and thigh muscles

The endless training possibilites are possible with the choice of adapters cat. numbers from 544 to 551. 

The Cable Rehab Station is designed especially for rehabilitation purposes. The weight stack is thus lighter, compared to our classic Cable Crossover Station.
