Seated Scott Curl is also known as Scott Bench. This machine develops and strengthens biceps muscles and lowers the engagement of other muscles to guarantee maximum growth and strength. The training also engages brachialis and brachioradialis muscles.
Training is performed with dumbbells, straight or angled barbell, in sitting or standing position. Adjustable seat and arm pad accommodate different user sizes and positions. The pad in Classic line is fixed. On request, we can produce adjustable pad as in our Compact line.
The machine is made of a robust angular construction.
