LOWER BACK EXTENSION

The Lower Back Extension machine is designed to develop especially erector spinae. The machine does not allow extensive backward bend, compared to training on hyperextension bench.

Adjustable seat, backrest, knee pad and chest roller guarantee optimal biomechanics for each exerciser. 

The machine is made of a robust oval construction. Stainless steel slides and guide rods ensure reliable functionality. The pulleys are placed in ball bearings.
